Article 13 of the Constitution clearly prohibits the making of any law by Parliament or the State Legislature or by any other authority , which may be inconsistent with , or in derogation of , any of the fundamental rights contained in Part III of the Constitution .
संविधान के अनुचऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-छेद 13 में यह सऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-पषऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-ट उपबंध है कि संसद , राजऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-य विधानमंडल या कोऋ भी अनऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-य प्राधिकरण ऐसा विधान न बनाए जो संविधान के भाग 3 में वर्णित किसी भी मूल अधिकार से असंगत हो , या उसे नऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-यून करता हो .
