There is no need to deliberately overemphasise the non-Taiwan bits of the ROC to claim that articles are better named as ROC . Let me make this clear-I have never seen the term " Republic of China " or " ROC " used here in the UK . If I were to ask most people here what the capital of the Republic of China is, I imagine most would answer " Beijing ".
