1. If things go wrong If there is something wrong with what you buy , tell the seller as soon as possible . If you are unable to return to the shop within a few days of making the purchase , it is a good idea to telephone to let it know about your complaint .
   अगर आपने जो ख़रीदा है , उसमें कुछ खराबी निकले , तो आपको यह बात बेचने वाले से जल्द से जल्द कहनी चाहिए . अगर आप उसकी दुकान पर कुछ ही दिनों के अंदर नहीं जा सकते हैं , तो यह अच्छा होगा कि आप वहाँ फोन करके शिकायत कर दें .
2. If the goods you buy are faulty and you suspect the seller was not trading privately - for example , you see lots of small advertisements with the same telephone number or the seller insists on meeting you at your home - contact your local trading standards department which should be able to tell you if the person is a trader and not a private seller .
