When an appeal by the bowler is negatived he sometimes throws up his hands in protest , the wicket-keeper throws his cap down , the other cricketers gesticulate and some of them even run up to the umpire to ask how the batsman was given not-out .
जब अम्पायर द्वारा किसी गेंदबाज की अपील को अस्वीकार कर दिया जाता है तो कई बार विरोध में वह अपने हाथ ऊपर उठा देता है , विकेट-कीपर अपनी टोपी नीचे फेंक देता है , कुछ दूसरे क्रिकेट खिलाड़ी इशारों से प्रतिवाद करते हैं और कुछ तो सीधे अम्पायार के पास यह पूछने चले जाते हैं कि बल्लेबाज को आउट घेषित क़्यों नहीं किया गया .
