Ethics , as a discipline of seeking the essence of the good and it ' s realization , should make some breakthrough , under the macro background of the current social transformation and moral reconstruction , in the following aspects in the establishment of ethical goal , it should stick to the monistical nature of leading moral on one hand , and acknowledge the practical rationality of pluralistic moral orientation on the other ; in the construction of moral norms , it should not only set a fixed rule for people ' s behaviour , but also reveal its internal grounds ; as regards the degree of ethical function , it should belittle the " evil " side of human behaviour on the one hand , and praise the " kind " side on the other ; in the pursuit of ethical value , it should not only focus on the pure improvement of individuals , but also study the reality of social goodness
