   यह हमारे लिए अपमानजनक है कऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-योंकि यह ब्रिटेन के यूरोपीय नागरिकों को ऊंचा दरजा देती है कि हमारे नऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-यायिक अधिकारियों को उनऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-हें एक दिन का कारावास देने अथवा एक रूपया जुर्माना करने को भी अक्षम घोषित करती है.यह हमारे लिए अपमानजनक है कऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-याहेंकि अगली ही सांस में वे हमारे अपने देशवासियों को इतना नीचा दिखाती है कि ऐसे अकुशल और नालायक मऋसऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-ट्रेटों और जजों को , जो एक अंग्रेज के खिलाफ हमले के छोटे से मामले की सुनवाऋ करने के भी योगऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-य नहीं माने जाते है.अपने करोडऋओं देशवासियों पर गंभीर विषयों पर मुकदमा चलाने के यहां तक कि उनऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-हें मृतऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-यु दंड देने के लिए भी योगऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-य और सक्षम हैं .
