   अधिक व्याकुल करने वाला तथ्य तो यह है कि अब भी प्रव्रजन और नैसर्गिक सेवा ने 11 सितम्बर के दो अपहरणकर्ताओं को मरणोपरांत वीजा जारी कर दिया । इस पर महाधिवक्ता जनरल जान एशक्राफ्ट ने कहा कि यह तो हद ही हो गयी।

Immigration officials focus on superficial characteristics (nationality, criminal record) and ignore what is truly relevant (ideology).
