1. The executive power of the Union and of each State shall extend to carrying on any trade or business and to acquire , hold or dispose of property and make contracts subject to any law made by the respective legislature -LRB- article 298 -RRB- .
   संघ की तथा प्रत्येक राज्य की कार्यपालिका-शक्ति का विस्तार व्यापार या कारोबार करने और संपत्ति का अर्जन , धारण और व्ययन तथा संविदा करने पर भी होगा परंतु वह संबद्ध राज्य विधानमंडल द्वारा बनाई गई विधि के अधीन होगा ( अनुच्छेद 298 ) .
