   मुख्य दल ने प्रमुख बाजार “ अवरडीन ” की ओर प्रस्थान किया तथा हर एक सौ गज पर एक सन्तरी छोड़ता हुआ बढ़ता गया तथा दल ने पुलिस के सभी हथियारों पर कब्जा किया और सभी अंग्रेजों को , जिसमें मुख्य आयुक्त “ वाटरफौल ” भी सम्मिलित था , अपनी हिरासत में ले लिया .
