Under the Act of 1883 four members formed the quorum but by a later Act this number was reduced to three .
1883 के अधिनियम में कोरम चार सदस्यों का रखा गया था किंतु इसके बाद के अधिनियम में इसे घटाकर तीन सदस्यों का कर दिया गया .
Since quorum is considered by the presiding officer only at the beginning of the session-in the morning and again after lunch- most MPs tend to leave the House during the post-lunch session , and debates are often conducted with 25-30 MPs present in the House .
