व्यक्तिगत रूप से कहूँ तो, शमीर के बाद लगातार दो दशकों से मैं लगातार किसी चरित्रवान , ऊर्जावान , क्षमतावान और दृष्टिसम्पन्न नेता की ओर देख रहा हूँ जो कि इजरायल का नेतृत्व कर सके। मैं डानन को 2009 से जानता हूँ और मैंने निष्कर्ष निकाला है कि उनमें आवश्यक गुण हैं। मैं आशा करता हूँ और अपेक्षा करता हूँ कि वे अपने सिद्दांतों पर डटे रहेंगे और उस स्तर तक जायेंगे जहाँ कि वे यहूदी राज्य की वर्तमान छलपूर्ण राजनीति को समाप्त कर इसे भी देश की अनेक उल्लेखनीय उपलब्धियों के साथ खडा कर देंगे । काफी कुछ अभी संतुलन में है।
