   मेरे पास कोई ऐसा अधिकार नहीं है कि मैं अपने मुल्क के लोगों से यह कहूं कि आप भविष्य में यह करें और यह न करें.विश्वयुद्ध अभी हाल में होकर चुका है.लेकिन ऐसे वक़्त में जब कि लोग जल्दी ही Zफिर युद्ध की बातें करने लग गये हैं और वैज्ञानिकों को भविष्य की लड़ाइयों की तैयारी में लगाया जा रहा है मैं यह कहना ठीक और जरूरी समझता हूं कि विज्ञान में लगे हमारे स्त्री-पुरुष इस बात पर भी गौर करें कि उनका किस तरह अक़्सर नाजायज इस्तेमाल किया जाता है , बुरे कामों के लिए उनका शोषण किया जाता है .
